We save you money by developing the site ourselves

Unlike land buyers and land sourcing agents, our preference is to develop your site ourselves and so do not need to charge for our services by selling your land on to a third party.  This means that we can pay you more. It also means you have one point of contact from initial enquiry through to completion of the development.

We can give certainty of sale

Rather than securing planning permission and selling the site to a developer, we want to build the site out and complete the project ourselves.  This increases the certainty of sale for you, as third party land buyers can pull out of the sale prior to completion or attempt to renegotiate terms.

We focus on high quality design and construction to target UN Sustainable Development Goals, to construct homes that will reduce the impact on the environment and are cost effective to run for generations to come.

We are looking for land and properties to develop and retain for long term ownership, for residential, commercial and mixed uses. This gives more flexibility in the range of solutions we can offer, regardless of the location, size or previous use.

We have access to readily available finance, and we can purchase many sites with cash. We also enjoy great relations with banks and several finance companies.

We take the risk

We’ll do the work needed to achieve the best design and to produce all the reports and documents required. We’ll take on the costs and the risk to get planning permission to give you the best price for your site.

Compare us with others

We realise that there are many land buyers and developers out there.  We would suggest you contact other companies to compare our services.
 
However, we don’t believe that all companies work to the same values and principles.  We’ve included a list of considerations that may be helpful to ask when looking for a suitable company to work with.
When selecting a land promoter, land buyer or developer to work with, it is vital to find someone that you trust.  You must be confident they are someone who will work with you to deliver a successful result.
 
We would strongly advise you ask anyone that you’re considering working with the following questions:

⦁ I’ve heard of landowners that sign options, only for the developer to do nothing and the landowner can’t sell. How do I know that won’t happen to me?
⦁ How do I know that you don’t have another site locally and just want to sign my land up to stop your competitors developing it?
⦁ How can I be sure that you’ll complete a purchase?
⦁ Can I cancel the agreement at any time if I’m not happy with progress?
⦁ Will you take my wishes and ideas for developing my land into consideration?
⦁ Can we have an input into its design?
⦁ Will there be a proper legal agreement, drawn up by solicitors, to protect me?
⦁ Can I use my family solicitor and will you pay my legal fees?
